Over 40 years in racquet facility management, from business planning and architectural design through construction, commissioning and daily operations. He has seen the same site from every side of the table: as planner, as operator, as adviser to the people financing it.

The core team is complemented by a global bench of senior specialists — facility design and engineering, programming and player pathways, financing and feasibility, operations technology, retail and F&B, events, community growth.
